Location: Kraków (Hybrid 6 days/month in the office)

Salary: 130 - 160 PLN/h + VAT (B2B)

As a Cloud DevOps Engineer, you will join an agile team responsible for designing, automating, and maintaining scalable, resilient, and high-performing infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Working closely with application-focused DevOps engineers and cross-functional IT teams, you will drive infrastructure improvements, optimize performance, and evaluate new GCP services and technologies to support continuous innovation.

Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain the Google Cloud Platform (GCP) foundation to support application deployments.
Develop infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code practices, primarily with Terraform.
Configure and manage core cloud services, including IAM, networking, logging, operating systems, and container platforms.
Ensure infrastructure meets security, compliance, and operational standards.
Maintain technical and operational documentation.
Follow established change management processes.
Participate in a 24/7 on-call support rotation.

Requirements

Experience designing and managing cloud infrastructure, preferably on GCP.
Strong knowledge of DevOps practices and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and related tools.
Experience with cloud networking (e.g. VPCs, Shared VPC/XPN).
Good understanding of cloud security, IAM, monitoring, and compliance.
Experience collaborating with application teams and cross-functional IT stakeholders.
Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Python, Java, Go, JavaScript, Ruby, Groovy, or Scala.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and continuous improvement mindset.
